1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Agent AI Army LLC d/b/a Responsivve ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com or Stripe. They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handle all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments.

3. Description of Service

Responsivve provides white-label AI voice agent software for marketing agencies. Our platform enables agencies to deploy AI-powered voice assistants for their clients through integrations with GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM platforms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Pricing includes a base monthly fee per sub-account plus usage-based charges for voice minutes consumed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten others, to transmit malware, or to violate any applicable laws including telecommunications regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent AI Army LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
